You have approached the owner of a property which has not been advertised and make an offer which they accept and you see no need to pay for a real estate agent and wish to avoid the comparatively high hourly charge out rates of a solicitor
Drawing upon your instructions, Ezy-As will also assist you to meet your legal obligations and protect your rights and interests.
Some of the Formalities which You will have to Complete If you do itself
$1,200.00 professional fixed price covers preparation of contract, undertaking all searches, preparation of Form 1 and acting as conveyancer for both the vendor and purchaser. (plus VOI)
not include Form 1 which will be $430 or $530 if there is a private, not self managed, strata or community title manager.
Ezy-As will prepare a mutually agreeable Contract, prepare all the required documentation and undertake all the required searches for vendor and purchaser.
Ezy-As Conveyancing will step aside if a conflict of interest arises. We are bound to do this. This will be spelled out wherever a private sale Conveyancing arrangement is undertaken.
Ezy-As has a protocol which minimises the possibility of this occurring.
Sometimes in a complex transaction where detailed conveyancing advice is required by both parties separately Ezy-As recognises the need for Vendor and Purchaser to use separate conveyancers. In the majority of sales this need is unlikely to arise.
