The pricing for Adelaide conveyancing services can be complicated. We are making a concerted effort to make it work like the rest of what we do. Just Ezy-As. So unlike other conveyancers we publish our price! You will be able to factor in your conveyancing fees. We have no hidden sneaky fees such as file storage fee or mortgage liaison fee which are just hidden conveyancing fees. Our one and only conveyancing fee includes all conveyancing tasks except for Verification of Identity (VOI).

However we can come to you if you would prefer to complete all the required paperwork and carry out the face to face verification of identity.
From April 2014 there are strict requirements for verification of identity (VOI) for the execution of conveyancing instruments.
These changes are welcome as they are designed to prevent fraud. In general terms to identify yourself in any conveyancing transaction you will need to go through a process not unlike the way you presently need to identify yourself to open a bank account.
The process will involve a face-to-face in-person interview at which particular documents are produced to verify the identity
Ezy-As will provide the required certificate on the documents lodged with the Lands Titles Office.

Step 1: Contact your real estate agent, tell them that you will be using Ezy-As Conveyancing as your conveyancer. Give them our phone number and email address. The agent will forward a copy of the contract, searches and a story sheet with the important information such as contact details for all involved parties.

Step 2: Complete the Authority to Act (FORM for vendor (seller); FORM for purchaser (buyer). Additional information will be needed if it is a private sale.
Step 3: We will then take care of the rest liasing with the other parties in the property transaction and keeping you fully informed along the way and ready to answer your queries.
